Here and now, I close my eyes and smile.
I see endless fields stretching beyond the horizon. Ancient mounds rise carelessly like mountains into the fields.
Here and now, I stand on a winding path leading my way to an old forest, deeply rooted in the depths of Mother Earth. The moment I step into it, I feel myself in another dimension, being as light as a drop of water, vanishing into the air.
Here and now, I can hear the wind dancing in between the bare branches of the trees. The sound of the branch cracking reminds itself of the fire cracking on a calm night. I can feel the breeze, which warmly caresses my skin.
Here and now, I immerse myself in the birds’ song, which appears like the singing souls of the trees flowing like a river into space.
The forest is alive.
The winter is gradually coming to an end…
The snow, glistening in the sunlight, melts quietly and soaks into the ground, nourishing new life.
Here and now, I see crocuses searching for their way out through the snow and looking so fragile but in a confident attempt to keep themselves on the surface of the snow, taking their first breath.
The gentle murmur of the nearby stream is somehow in harmony with the sounds of the branches cracking, and the colorful bird songs fulfilling the open space.
Here and now, I am the stillness in the movement of life all around. I am life itself. ✨
